X Reset Studio Admin Guide

Quick Start

1. Paste your admin token in Admin Access. API controls unlock only after token is present.
2. Before token entry, admin runs in Daily onboarding mode: operational cards and action rows are intentionally hidden.
3. For full pilot operations, follow docs/PILOT_20_CUSTOMER_RUNBOOK.md from the repo.
4. Use the Daily Content Queue publish lane for daily posting operations.
5. Use Export Center when you need packs/CSVs quickly without opening multiple cards.
6. In Pilot Go/No-Go Checklist, open What is inside "Pilot Pack ZIP"? to confirm the export file contents before sharing.
7. Use Final Launch Checklist to track go-live tasks and keep the real checkout verification deferred until final sign-off.
8. Keep Show Raw JSON off in normal operations, turn it on only for debugging.
9. Use Show Advanced Panels when you need deeper analytics, support, launch, and growth data.

Global Controls At The Top

Operator Workflow is a lightweight control strip. Daily posting runs through the Daily Content Queue lane.

• No-token onboarding mode: before token entry, only onboarding essentials stay visible to reduce complexity.
• Operator Goal Map: Daily Operator Mode shows a compact 3-step “today” path, while Full Admin shows the full goal matrix.
• Open 2-Minute Quick Help: in-page cheat sheet with plain-language definitions and first-run sequence.
• 1. Refresh Data: refreshes the main operator state.
• Refresh button lock: refresh buttons enter busy/disabled state while loading to prevent accidental double runs.
• Run Recommended Next Action: one-click lane that checks publish readiness then runs the best next step (prep/copy/mark posted).
• Primary path link: in Daily Operator Mode this top link auto-switches between Open Admin Access (no token) and Open Daily Queue (token loaded).
• Open Advanced Workspace: one click to switch from Daily Operator Mode into Full Admin View with Advanced Panels enabled.
• Recommended mark-posted modal: when recommended flow reaches mark-posted, a confirmation modal appears before state is finalized.
• Refresh status line: shows last refresh time (UTC), scope (core vs core+advanced), and completion/failure state.
• Global action status line: shows running/completed/failed state for any button action in plain language.
• Daily Operator Health strip: compact top chips for access lock, publish readiness, refresh health, and last action state.

• Expand/Collapse Advanced Groups: one-click control to open or close all advanced groups at once.
• Advanced group health badges: quick risk chips for Daily/Weekly/Incident groups with a suggestion for which group to open first.
• Badge quick-open: clicking a group health badge auto-enables Advanced Panels, opens the targeted group, and runs a lightweight refresh for that group only. Repeated clicks on the same badge are ignored until the current refresh completes.
• Refresh Suggested Group: one-click helper that opens and refreshes whichever advanced group is currently flagged as the highest risk.
• Advanced jump links: links to Support/Proof/Launch/Pilot appear only when advanced panels are enabled.
• Focus mode simplification: advanced badges, suggested-group refresh, and jump links stay hidden in Daily Operator Mode and appear in Full Admin View only.
• Show Raw JSON: reveals raw API payload blocks for diagnostics.
• Jump Links: fast navigation to major cards.

Operator Goal Map

In Daily Operator Mode this is a compact 3-step card (unlock, publish, growth). In Full Admin View it expands to the complete goal matrix for support/licensing/analytics workflows.

Health Summary (7d)

Business pulse at a glance: paid pilot progress (customers toward target), licenses today, delivery fail rate, open support count, and refund/cancel pressure.

Cron Watchdog Health

Shows latest watchdog snapshot for weekly cron integrity (coverage, age, and missing jobs) so schedule drift is visible immediately.

Pilot Go/No-Go Checklist

Beginner-friendly launch gate table with PASS/HOLD rows. It tracks paid customers, refund rate, delivery reliability, support load, and operator license activity with clear current-vs-target values.

Use Export Pilot CSV for gate snapshot rows, Export Pilot Cohort CSV for customer-level license + refund/cancellation tracking, and Export Pilot Pack ZIP for a bundled pilot handoff (checklist + cohort + weekly KPI + summary markdown + report JSON).

Paid Pilot Tracker

Core revenue-readiness card for paid customers, net retained customers, refund/cancellation pressure, checkout-to-purchase conversion quality, and latest weekly purchase trend. Use Export Pilot Tracker CSV for investor/ops reporting.

Live Purchase Verification

After a real payment, run this one-click smoke check to confirm production flow: issued license exists, delivery was sent, and funnel purchase signal is present in the reporting window.

Final Launch Checklist

Persistent browser checklist for launch readiness: Stripe links, deferred real checkout verification, delivery confirmation, refund flow test, and cron watchdog health. Use this card to keep the real checkout step intentionally at the end.

Admin Access

Token entry point. Until token is set, API buttons stay locked. Status line tells you locked/unlocked state.

Issue License

Manual license issuance by email and plan, optional immediate delivery.

• Issue License: creates license via admin API.
• Issue Receipt Snapshot: plain-language status cards for action result, customer, plan/duration, delivery result, and issued timestamp.
• Last issued key: one-click copy field for the most recently issued key in this session.
• Technical response (JSON): optional troubleshooting details, hidden unless Raw JSON mode is enabled.

Recent Issued Licenses

Operational table of recent license events (email, plan, duration, issued timestamp) with one-click CSV export for pilot tracking.

Use the email and plan filters to isolate one customer quickly without scrolling through the full recent list.

Each row includes a masked key hint and Copy button so you can hand over activation keys quickly without opening raw JSON.

Next Approved Quality Gate

Lint checks for the next approved content item. Use this before copying/publishing.

Daily Content Queue (Manual Approval Gate)

Main publishing queue lane with guardrails.

• Daily Publish Wizard: one-button guided flow that picks the next safe action (prep+copy, mark posted, or start next cycle).
• Wizard auto-seed fallback: if no approved draft exists, wizard attempts auto-plan + auto-approve (with draft fallback) before failing.
• Wizard mode pill: shows current mode (`prep+copy`, `mark posted`, `next cycle`, or `locked`).
• What to do now: always-visible plain-language next action synced to token/wizard/checklist state.
• Daily Queue Snapshot: instant counts for draft, approved, and posted-today items from recent queue data.

Important Safety/Behavior Rules

• Buttons that mutate queue state use busy-state lock to prevent double-click duplicates.
• Refresh/update buttons across support, KPI, and queue panels also use busy-state lock to prevent overlapping API runs.
• Mark Posted and Skip Draft actions require confirmation prompts.
• Token gating prevents accidental unauthorized API calls from the browser session.
• No-token startup intentionally avoids automatic fetch calls and shows guidance first.
