Data we process
- Checkout data from Stripe needed for license issuance (email, plan, payment event details).
- Operational logs for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service integrity.
- Support/refund request content submitted through public forms or email.
Data not intended for remote storage
The cleanup engine is designed local-first. Account request headers and archive files should remain on controlled user infrastructure unless explicitly uploaded by the user.
Purpose of processing
- Deliver purchased licenses and customer support.
- Detect abuse, enforce anti-bot controls, and keep service security.
- Produce operational metrics that improve reliability and documentation quality.
Retention
Billing/license records are retained for support, compliance, and fraud prevention needs. Request records and abuse logs are retained only as long as required to investigate incidents, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Security controls
We apply defense-in-depth controls at the application layer including request rate limiting, anti-bot form guardrails, and auditable event trails. Transport and browser policy headers are enforced in production behind TLS.
Processors and third parties
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell personal data. When payment processing applies, Stripe acts as an independent processor under its own terms and privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we control, subject to legal retention requirements. Include the purchase email and relevant timestamp in your request so support can locate records quickly.
