Data not intended for remote storage

The cleanup engine is designed local-first. Account request headers and archive files should remain on controlled user infrastructure unless explicitly uploaded by the user.

Purpose of processing

• Deliver purchased licenses and customer support.
• Detect abuse and keep service security.

Retention

Billing/license records are retained for support, compliance, and fraud prevention needs.
