Service scope

X Reset Studio provides software that helps users automate cleanup actions on their own X account using user-provided archives and session headers.

User responsibility

• You must own or be authorized to manage the account you process.
• You are responsible for complying with X platform policies and local laws.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and exported data secure.
• You must not use the service for unlawful automation, abuse, or unauthorized account access.

License and permitted use

Purchased plans grant a non-transferable right to run the cleanup tooling for the plan scope. You may not redistribute keys, resell access without written authorization, or attempt to bypass license validation controls.

Operational dependencies

The service depends on third-party platform behavior (including rate limits, UI changes, and policy enforcement). You acknowledge that execution windows, deletion propagation timing, and residual verification outcomes can vary by account conditions.

No guaranteed platform availability

Cleanup behavior depends on third-party platform behavior, rate limits, and policy changes. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or complete deletion outcomes.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Refund and cancellation handling is governed by the published refund policy. Chargeback abuse or repeated fraudulent claims may lead to suspension of support access and future service refusal.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms when product behavior, compliance requirements, or third-party dependencies change. Updated terms are effective when posted with a revised date.
